Steel Spirals

Steel spirals are typically used for the rapid fabrication of steel cages and piles on the worksite. They are available in a variety of sizes and can be simply laid out with stock straight bars for rapid concrete pouring to reinforce the structure. Reinforcing spirals are often used in a residential slab to reinforce small diameter bored piers as a stock solution.

Benefits Of Steel Spirals

  • Available in a variety of sizes
  • Available in stock
  • Rapid concrete reinforcing
  • Light and easy to work with
  • Ideal for rapid, non-custom projects

Why Steel Spirals Are So Effective

The primary advantage of steel spirals is their ability to accelerate the construction process. Rather than having to wait for a custom steel reinforcing cage to be manufactured and delivered to the job site, steel spirals can simply be stretched out to the desired length and tied to straight bars. This instant cage can then be laid directly into the ground and the concrete poured immediately.
